Nat is a qualified Naturopath who is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. She incorporates the use of herbal medicine, nutritional therapies, colonics, food as medicine and lifestyle counselling to get optimum results for each of my clients. Symptoms are the bodies unique way of communicating with us when it is not at its best. It is my job as a Naturopath to interpret those signs and through diet, lifestyle and supplementation bring the body back into balance. Often, we ignore these signs until it screams at us to listen.

 

Imagine waking up and being symptom free, and having the energy and vitality to be your best self everyday. I have spent my life exploring this idea and have a wealth of information to share.

My journey to wellness has been filled with lots of obstacles, light bulb moments and pendulum swings. I certainly wasn’t born with a strong foundation in health and have spent my entire life exploring esoteric ideas that led me to where I am today.

 

Initially my journey started around food and my physical health. However, I have come to learn in my studies and in life – that in order to be truly well you must address all aspects of health including; emotional, mental, spiritual as well as the physical.

 

I believe that all dis-ease in the body has an energetic beginning and manifests physically if not properly addressed over time. This belief has led me to study, Naturopathy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Iridology and Sclerology, Energetic Healing and facilitate Wellness Retreats to inspire others in self-care and empower those to live their best life.

 

In my Naturopathic practice I take time to explore your health concerns and use my intuitive knowing to encourage the body to heal itself. My goal is to introduce as many people to an exciting new way of living through self-care and education.

 

Our bodies have the capacity to heal themselves, we just need to give it the right nourishment and tools to do so. My hope as a Therapist is to support this healing process and transition you to health, regardless of the stage you are at.

 

Wellness isn’t just about what we put in our mouth, it concerns our relationships, lifestyle habits and living our purpose. We are constantly making choices that reflect how we feel about ourselves and it’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently that matters. SELF-Care is how you take your power back.
